All the new maps, heroes, balancing changes and more will be shared across the two games. The PvE aspect of the game (story missions, hero missions, etc) will be restricted to Overwatch 2 owners.īasically, Overwatch 1 and 2 share the same PvP content.
However, players that do not want to buy it can still play PvP with Overwatch 2 owners.
